Following  the advice of Harry Holland I have: 

Set up websta, instagram and I have embedded this into the new side bar along with an easy to subscribe mailing list and all the other links. 

Why have I done this? Well to begin with it was to easily post daily images of studies for a series called 'Observation' via instagram and to make it easy to like or comment on the new studies. 
 
Sometimes when life is full of infinite possibilities its easy to lose focus.  I am distracted by the mechanics of MRi machines, Diffusion tensor imaging, gravity bubbles, magnetic monopoles and the people that play with them along with fantasies, dreams, website social media and life in general. Next year will see a touring exhibition of these interests called 'New Signals'  for CUBRIC2  with the other artists Lee Wright and Shardcore. 


The New Signals project will incorporate the instruction and new focus to observe anew this world and all that I notice and learn from it through observation. To learn to see again and to improve drawing skill through continuous effort.

Transitional Tone

First instruction: look for transitional tone. Draw lots of whatever you notice.
 
Ok so this the first of many, I will post every week with new developments. I don't know when I'll get it (seeing and drawing the transitional tone) the instructor may let me know when I do, if he does I'll let you know.
